By using Schedulite, you agree to these terms. If you're using Schedulite on behalf of a medical practice, you represent that you have the authority to bind that practice to these terms.
Schedulite provides real-time appointment check-in, SMS communication, staff scheduling, and calendar synchronization tools for medical practices. We are a technology platform — we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Each practice is a separate tenant with fully isolated data. Account owners can add staff members with different permission levels:
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of all features. After the trial, you may continue on the Free plan (limited) or upgrade to Pro or Enterprise. We bill monthly. You can cancel at any time — your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period.
You own your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over patient information, appointment records, or practice data entered into Schedulite. You may export your data at any time via CSV export or API.
Schedulite is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed appointments, failed SMS delivery, or any clinical outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
