Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

Agreement

By using Schedulite, you agree to these terms. If you're using Schedulite on behalf of a medical practice, you represent that you have the authority to bind that practice to these terms.

The Service

Schedulite provides real-time appointment check-in, SMS communication, staff scheduling, and calendar synchronization tools for medical practices. We are a technology platform — we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of patient contact information entered into the system
You are responsible for obtaining patient consent before sending SMS messages
You are responsible for compliance with applicable healthcare regulations in your jurisdiction
You must keep your account credentials secure and report any unauthorized access immediately

Accounts and Access

Each practice is a separate tenant with fully isolated data. Account owners can add staff members with different permission levels:

Owner Full access — billing, practice settings, staff management, all data
Manager Staff schedules, timesheets, time-off approvals, integrations, analytics
Provider Own schedule and assigned patients only
Staff Clock in/out, check in patients, view today's schedule

Free Trial and Billing

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of all features. After the trial, you may continue on the Free plan (limited) or upgrade to Pro or Enterprise. We bill monthly. You can cancel at any time — your data remains accessible until the end of the billing period.

Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over patient information, appointment records, or practice data entered into Schedulite. You may export your data at any time via CSV export or API.

Limitation of Liability

Schedulite is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed appointments, failed SMS delivery, or any clinical outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you via email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
